About Saeedeh Azary, MD

Saeedeh Azary, MD, MPH, a board-certified neurologist, completed her fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Prior to that, she completed her internship in internal medicine and residency in neurology at Cornell-New York Presbyterian Hospital. She obtained her medical degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, followed by a Master of Public Health in epidemiology and biostatistics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Azary also worked as a research fellow at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she focused on the intersection of neuroimmunology and neuroepidemiology.

Dr. Azary has earned several academic and clinical awards and has published numerous papers in prestigious scientific journals. She combines her remarkable academic achievements with a profound dedication to patient care in the community. Dr. Azary specializes in treating patients with a wide range of neurological disorders, including headaches, vascular neurology, dementia, epilepsy, neuropathy, neuromuscular, and movement disorders.

Her approach to patient care centers on building a strong patient-provider relationship based on mutual trust and open communication. Dr. Azary firmly believes in empowering patients with knowledge about their condition to facilitate shared decision-making rooted in evidence-based personalized medicine.
