Safety, Security, and Privacy

Our Main Campus and West Campus have security guards on duty 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. All Medical Center employees, health care providers, contractors, volunteers, and students wear photo ID badges for your safety. We use video recording in some public areas and in some patient care areas, such as The Birth Place.

Smoke-Free Policy

To protect the health and safety of our patients, employees, and visitors, Southern New Hampshire Medical Center campuses are smoke-free environments. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed inside buildings or within 50 feet of any entrance.

Fire and Emergency Drills

We practice fire and emergency drills regularly. If a drill happens while you are in the Medical Center, don’t worry. Stay in your room and wait for instructions from our staff.
