Foundation Neurosurgery is the region’s premier comprehensive center of excellence for spine treatment, providing both surgical and nonsurgical care for trauma, tumors, congenital disorders, and other deformities and conditions of the neck, spine, skull and brain.

When surgery is necessary, you can rest assured that you or your loved one receives the highest quality care available.  Our surgeons are trained in specialized treatments including cervical artificial disc replacement using the Mobi-C® Cervical Discs, coflex® Interlaminar Stabilization® devices for spinal stenosis, and minimally invasive techniques. They are also among the only surgeons in New England providing radiation-free 7D Machine-vision Image Guided Surgery technology and were the first in the region utilizing it.
